Sales Manager Job Position

Movers Development is a New York-based company, founded with the idea to provide moving companies with top-quality services in digital marketing and software development.

We are looking for a forward-thinking and highly-motivated person, one that is prepared to grow in a fast-paced startup environment as well as contribute to our ambitious goals on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive warm leads and schedule/hold presentations with the focus to close deals and expand our client base;
  • Manage sales pipeline (CRM) to track team’s efficiency and ensure data accuracy;
  • Drive the sales team in meeting weekly and monthly targets;
  • Work closely with clients in terms of onboarding, providing monthly reports, handling client requests;
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge in all service areas we cover.

Requirements:

  • A history of meeting/exceeding sales expectations with American/Canadian clients;
  • Exceptional communicational skills in English;
  • Ability to motivate, coach and lead sales team to deliver results.
